1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crystal Listing Prep website, requesting a quote, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Crystal Listing Prep is a subsidiary of Kotwaster LLC, with a registered office at 5187 College Ave., Suite #118, San Diego, California 92115. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Crystal Listing Prep and its parent, Kotwaster LLC.
2. Our Services
Crystal Listing Prep provides pre-listing property preparation services, including cleaning, staging coordination, curb-appeal enhancements, and listing media coordination for residential properties in San Diego County and Orange County, California. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling capacity.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Base package pricing is calculated based on the property’s square footage and the selected package tier.
- Add-on services are always marked "Quote Required" and are priced individually after our team reviews the property’s condition and scope.
- All online estimates are preliminary and are not final until confirmed in writing by our team.
- Large or specialty properties may require a custom quote.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may pay for your base package upfront during quote submission, or pay a finalized quote (including add-ons) via a secure payment link sent by our team. Agents may direct payment links to the property seller. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
- We recommend scheduling standard service 5–7 days in advance. Same-day "Listing Rescue" service is available at a 35% surcharge, subject to crew capacity.
- You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property (e.g., lockbox, gate code, or building management coordination).
- Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible; late cancellations may be subject to a fee as described at booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property information and disclose known hazards.
- Secure or remove valuables, firearms, medications, and irreplaceable items prior to service.
- Secure pets and inform us of any special conditions on the property.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website\u2014including text, graphics, logos, and the Crystal Listing Prep brand\u2014is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission. Before-and-after photography we capture may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." Crystal Listing Prep does not guarantee that any property will sell or sell at a particular price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Listing Prep and its personnel from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is provided by Crystal Listing Prep, a subsidiary of Kotwaster LLC, located at 5187 College Ave., Suite #118, San Diego, California 92115.

- Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, brokerage name).
- Property information (address, square footage, condition, service selections).
- Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number or CVC.
- Chat transcripts and messages you exchange with our AI assistant, Crystal.
- Technical/usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, and process payments.
- To communicate with you about your quote, booking, or inquiry.
- To respond to chat questions and capture leads you choose to submit.
- To improve our website, services, and customer experience.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. AI Chat Assistant
Our chat assistant ("Crystal") is powered by a third-party large language model provider (Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen). Messages you send in the chat are transmitted to that provider to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. Any name and email you submit through the pre-chat form are used to follow up on your inquiry.
4. Payment Processing
Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Crystal Listing Prep receives confirmation of payment status and limited transaction metadata (such as amount and email) but never your full card details.
5. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (quote confirmations, payment receipts, scheduling notices) via our email service. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
6. How We Share Information
- With service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email provider, and our AI chat provider).
- With staging or media partners strictly as needed to fulfill your requested services.
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
- We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. See our Data Deletion Policy below for how to request deletion.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Your Privacy Rights (California / CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@crystallistingprep.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children\u2019s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision.

You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, including contact details, submitted property information, chat transcripts, and lead records.
2. How to Request Deletion
Email your request to support@crystallistingprep.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your inquiry or account.
- Any property address or quote reference relevant to your request.
- Confirmation that you are the individual (or an authorized agent) making the request.
3. Verification
To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
4. Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days.
5. What We May Retain
We may retain certain records where required or permitted by law, including:
- Payment and transaction records maintained by Stripe and needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Records necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Such retained data is limited to what is legally necessary and is deleted once retention requirements expire.
6. Chat & Lead Data
Upon a verified request, we will delete chat transcripts and lead records tied to your name and email, except where retention is legally required.
7. Confirmation
We will notify you by email once your verified deletion request has been completed.
